At Jean Marc Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original packaging to ensure the glass bottle remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
